SmithCo is looking for our next HR Manager

SmithCo Side Dump Trailers is seeking an experienced Human Resource Director to lead recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, safety and well being initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in utilizing data driven decision making to accelerate change, culture and performance. We are looking for a strategic, critical thinker who knows how to build relationships and achieve results. Experience with aggressive growth or mergers and acquisitions is preferred. This position reports to the president and CEO and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Not just “help” in getting their questions answered, benefit enrollment, etc., but more importantly…to be seen as a Trusted Advisor. Companies that don’t recognize the importance of their HR department will be companies that get left behind. This position will definitely have a “seat at the table”, providing consultation in strategy, planning and execution, as a part of the executive leadership team.
