| S5 Five-Axle Side Dump | ||

The S5 series is a step up for the S4 series with a liftable/steerable axle added behind the landing leg area. The location of that axle helps equalize the weight between the truck axles and the rear trailer axle group. This trailer works well in most states that have a cap gross weight allowed of 105,500 lbs. Double Tub trailers are a little more common in this series to get enough tub volume.
